摘 要:以实际工程为背景,建立4层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅有限元模型,参照抗震设计规范要求对模型进行双向动力时程分析,研究该住宅体系的抗震性能,为编制《冷弯薄壁型钢多层住宅技术规程》提供可靠依据。对相邻抗侧力墙体之间的距离进行变参数分析,研究在多遇地震作用下4层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅各层墙体分配层间剪力的比例关系,分析刚性楼盖假设在多层冷弯薄壁型钢住宅中的适用性。研究表明:在8度多遇地震作用下,多层住宅体系中抗侧力墙体的间距不宜大于15m。Based on a real project,a four-story finite element model of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is built.Based on the seismic design code,bi-directional dynamic time-history analysis is conducted to study the seismic performance of four-story cold-formed thin-walled steel structures for residential buildings.The research results provide a reference for the study of cold-formed thin-walled steel structure for multi-story residential buildings.Parametric study on the spacing between laterally resistant adjacent walls is carried out to investigate the proportion relationship of inter-story shear force in walls of four-story cold-formed thin-walled steel structure under frequent earthquake.The feasibility analysis of rigid floor assumption in multi-story cold-formed thin-walled steel structure is also conducted.The research shows that the spacing between laterally resistant adjacent walls in multi-story residential system should not be larger than 15m under 8-degree frequent earthquake.
