摘　　要：在用锅炉经过一定时间的运行以后,是否需要化学清洗,怎样进行化学清洗,化学清洗后的效果怎样评定,从样管垢样分析、垢量测定、内表面的腐蚀状况及腐蚀发展趋势到除垢的清洗的主剂和助剂的选择原则等进行了全面的分析,提出了预知化学清洗这一理念,杜绝拼设备这一得不偿失的做法,确保设备的安全运行。This paper focused on the boiler whether need chemical cleaning after certain times running.How to chemical cleaning.9 How to evaluate the effect after chemical cleaning.9 Based on following points ： scale analysis and scale determination of sample tube ; corrosion and corrosion trend of inner surface; the selection principle of main agent and auxiliary for chemical cleaning, we had comprehensive analysis and propose an idea： ＂predictive chemical cleaning＂. We need to nip the equipment defect in the bud, and avoid wearing equipment which is lost than gained, make sure equipment is safe in operation
