摘  要:目的分析UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞出现假阳性,假阴性的各种因素,提出相应的解决方案。方法对518例门诊及住院尿液标本分别用干化学分析法、显微镜和UF-1000i分析仪进行尿液有形成分检测,并收集尿液红细胞的检测数据。以尿液干化学法和显微镜检法两种方法来判定红细胞检测真阳性、真阴性标准。结果显微镜镜检法和UF-1000i尿液分析仪法的阳性率分别是36.49%、40.15%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以尿液干化学法和镜检法检测红细胞同时为阳性为真阳性标准,UF-1000i分析仪法假阳性率为3.67%,以尿液干化学法和镜检法检测红细胞同时为阴性为真阴性标准,UF-1000i分析仪法假阴性率为3.86%。引起UF-1000i假阳性的因素有孕妇阴道分泌物、草酸钙结晶、细菌、其他盐类结晶,分别占比例为42.10%、21.05%、10.53%、26.32%。引起UF-1000i假阴性的因素为红细胞溶解或可能由于荧光染色敏感度下降造成仪器漏检。结论本实验表明UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞必须结合干化学法、显微镜检测,以提高结果的准确性。Objective To analyze the factors of false positive and false negative of urine red cell detected by UF- 1000i urinary sediment analyzer, and to put forward the corresponding solutions. Methods The urine samples of 518 outpatients and inpatients were detected by dry chemical analysis, microscope and UF-1000i analyzer, and urine red blood cell test data were collected. Red blood cell detection of true positive, true negative standard was determined by urine dry chemical method and microscopy. Results The positive rate of microscopy and UF- 1000i urine analyzer were 36.49%, 40.15%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The urine dry chemical method and the microscopic examination of red blood ceils were positive for true positive standard. The false positive rate of UF-1000i analyzer was 3.67%. The urine dry chemical method and the microscopic examination of red blood cells were negative for true negative standard. The false negative rate of UF-1000i analyzer was 3.86%. The factors causing UF-IO00i false positive were vaginal secretions, calcium oxalate crystals, bacteria and other salt crystallization, accounting for 42.10%, 21.05%, 10.53%, 26.32%, respectively. The cause of UF-1000i false negative was red cell lysis, or the instrument may be missed because of the decrease of fluorescence staining sensitivity.Conclusion This experiment shows that UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer must be combined with dry chemistry method and microscope to detect urine red blood cells, in order to improve the accuracy of the results.
