摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定出咳喘宁口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。方法:选取Welch ultimate XB-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水(含0.1%磷酸,每100m L中需加入0.3 g十二烷基硫酸钠)(38∶62)为流动相;流速1m L/min;检测波长206 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在一定的浓度范围内与各自的峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为101.291%、99.760%,RSD分别为0.306%、2.19%(n=6)。结论:此方法专属性强,操作简单,能在同一色谱条件下同时测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量,测量结果准确。Objective HPLC method was used for determination of ephednne hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Ke chuan ning oral solution. Methods To select the Welch ultimate XB - C18(4. 6mm × 200mm, 5 μm) ; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water (including 0. 1% phosphoric aid, 0. 3g dodeeyl sodium sulfate was added into 100mL solution) (38:62) ; the flow rate is 1mL/min; the detection wavelength was 206nm. Results Ephedrine hydroehloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride re- spectively showed the good linear relationship between their respective peak area, and the average recoveries were 101. 291% and 99. 760% , RSD were 0. 306% and 2. 19% (n =6), respectively. Conclusion The method is highly proprietary, and easy to operate, and can be used to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrocbloride simuhaneously, and the results show that the measurement results are accurate.
