摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭具有高住院率、高致残率等特点,严重影响患者的精神、情绪状态及生活质量。高建东教授指出慢性心衰的病机为本虚标实,且以本虚为主,其治法以益气通脉、温阳利水为主,自创复阳利水汤可治疗该病效果稳定、副作用小。Chronic heart failure have the characteristics of high hospitalization rate, high morbidity, which have serious impact on the patient＇s mental state, emotional state and life quality, and even cause some mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety and so on. Professor Gao Jiandong, who have Engaged in the clinical practice of TCM （traditional Chinese medicine clinical） for more than 30 years, pointed out that the pathogenesis of senile heart failure disease is, the virtual standard is real, and mainly based on this defi- ciency. Her treatment is to improve symptoms by upplementing Qi, Promoting Blood Circulation and Warming Yang. Created his own Fuyang Lishui decoction to treat the disease, which is beneficial and stable, with little side effects.
