风动喷射式雾化器大型化试验研究

摘　　要：对气溶胶浮选的关键部件——浮选剂雾化的风动喷射式雾化器的大型化进行了试验研究,对其结构参数(喷嘴直径)和工作参数(风压)进行了优选,利用激光粒度分析仪对浮选剂雾滴平均直径进行了测试分析,确定了合理参数和影响规律。The experiments on the large-scale pneumatic jet atomizer, which is the key component for aerosol flotation,are studied. The structural parameters(nozzle diameter) and the operation parameters(air pressure) are optimized. The average diameter of the droplet of flotation agent is analyzed by using laser particle size analyzer and the appropriate parameters and the influence rules are determined.
