摘 要:论述了炼焦煤中煤可再选性类型划分的必要性和可行性,提出以破碎上限为6 mm对中煤破碎后,依据6~0.5 mm物料理论精煤灰分为A%时的理论精煤产率γ-A,将中煤可再选性类型划分为易选、中等可选、较难选、难选和极难选5种类型;将中煤进行初步破碎实验,即可初步确定中煤再选价值以及应当采取的再选原则工艺;3种再选原则工艺为:重选+浮选工艺、细磨+浮选工艺和阶段碎磨重浮联合复杂工艺,可依据中煤的可再选性类型以及选煤厂实际情况选择相应工艺。This paper discusses the necessity and the feasibility of the classification of middlings washability for coking coal preparation.It is proposed that the classification of the 6-0.5mm middlings washability can be divided into five types, which are easy type,medium type, moderately difficult type, difficult type and exceedingly difficult type according to the theoretic ash A% and theoretic yield y.A of middlings crushed to less than 6 mm. If the middlings is preliminary crushed in the lab, the value of middlings preparation and the suitable principle process will be determined initially. There are three types of principle process, which are the gravity separation + flotation process,the fine grinding + flotation process and the crushing, grinding +gravity separation + flotation process. How to select the appropriate principle process is based on the type of middlings washability and the actual situation of coal preparation plant.
