摘 要:以低价煤为原料,采用化学活化法制备活性炭,对煤的组成、碳化和活化等因素的影响进行了探索;实验结果表明,在炭化过程中,碱碳比为3,炭化温度在450℃,炭化时间45 min为宜;在活化过程中,活化温度在800℃,活化时间80 min左右为佳;热重差热分析与其相吻合,并且煤的高温处理过程有助于活性炭性能的提高。During the preparation of activated carbon through chemical activation using low rank coal as raw material, the influences of the composition, the carbonization and the activation of low rank coal are studied. The experimental results show that during the carbonization process, the alkali-carbon ratio of 3, the carbonization temperature of450℃, the carbonization time of 45 min are appropriate. During the activation process, the activation temperature of about 800℃ and the activation time of about 80 min are appropriate. The thermo gravimetric analysis and the differential thermal analysis are consistent with the above results and moreover the high temperature treatment of coal contributes to the improvement of activated carbon performance.
