摘　　要：结合陕西煤化能源有限公司甲醇装置的实际运行情况,分析和研究了污水站带式脱泥机处理中水回用站污泥存在的问题,论述了利用煤气化装置带式真空过滤机过滤中水污泥的可行性,提出相应的技改和调试方案。Combined with actual operation condition of methyl alcohol device of Shaanxi Carbonification Energy Co.,Ltd., the Paper has analyzed and researched the sludge problems in water reuse station in sewage station belt desilter treatment and put forward relevant technology reformation and commissioning scheme by virtue of feasibility for filtration of reused water sludge with coal-gasification device belt-type vacuum filter.
