左卡尼丁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察Levocarnitine对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂和肝功能的影响。方法按就诊先后顺序,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组40例采用左卡尼丁治疗;对照组40例予多烯磷酯酰胆碱胶囊治疗,观察两组疗效。结果左卡尼丁组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较本组治疗前均降低,HDL-C升高。左卡尼丁组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组。治疗组治疗后ALT、AST较本组治疗前均降低,对照组治疗后ALT、AST较本组治疗前均降低,显示为治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论左卡尼丁具有明确的降脂保肝作用。Objective To observe the effects of Levocarnitine on blood lipid and liver function in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods According to the visiting sequence,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Levocarnitine; 40 cases in control group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule treatment,observe the curative effect of 2 groups.Results Lcarnitine group after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C compared with the group before treatment were decreased,HDL-C increased.Lcarnitine group after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than the control group,HDL-C was higher than the control group.The treatment group after treatment,ALT,AST were lower than those before the treatment,The control group after treatment ALT,AST were lower than those before the treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusions Levocarnitine has definite lipid-lowering hepatoprotective effect.
