摘　　要：O2O服务模式目前在图书馆获得了广泛的使用。文章通过剖析当前图书馆O2O服务的现状,指出图书馆当前O2O服务存在的主要问题,介绍了一种新型的O2O服务平台——书蜗APP及其主要功能,总结了西安电子科技大学图书在书蜗APP应用中遇到的问题及解决方案。O2O service model has been widely used in the library. The article analyzes the present situation of the current library O2O service, points out the problems existing in the current O2O library service, introduces the Shuwo APP, a new O2O service platform, and its main function, and summarizes the the problems and solutions of the use of Shuwo APP in Xi＇an University of Electronic Science and Technology.
