摘　　要：中国加快推进网络强国战略大背景下运营商积极推进VoLTE部署,为提升VoLTE竞争优势,从网络性能和语音质量方面分析了影响用户感知的关键指标,基于相关指标分析了对无线网络的建设需求,提出了无线网络建设中影响VoLTE体验提升的关键因素并提出了相应的解决方案。Under the background of Internet power strategy, the operators actively promote the VoLTE deployment. In order to enhance the competitive advantage of the VoLTE, this paper analyzes the key indicators that affect the user's perception from the aspects of network performance and voice quality. Then it analyzes the key factor of wireless access network and gives the solution.
