摘　　要：为解决军队通用后勤装备三级维修体系在长期实行中呈现出的诸多问题,结合当前装备体制改革实际情况,提出了应构建两级维修体系。在分析两级维修作业体系基本架构基础上,绘制了完整的作业运行流程,描述了运行中相关具体内容,讨论了构建两级维修作业体系所需的关键配套内容。In order to solve the problems in the long-term implementation of the three-level maintenance system of general logistics equipment,by combining with the actual situation of the current equipment system reform,this paper proposes that the two-level maintenance system should be built. Based on the analysis of the basic structure of the two-level maintenance system,a complete operation flow is drawn,the relevant contents of the operation are described,and the key contents of the two-level maintenance operation system are discussed.
