摘 要:将不同配比的异丙醇铝(Al IP)和氧化石墨烯(GO)水分散液,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了氧化石墨烯/氧化铝复合材料。通过SEM和TEM分析,氧化石墨烯被纳米颗粒包裹。XRD分析显示纳米颗粒的成分是Al2O3,通过原子力显微镜(AFM)分析,纳米颗粒的平均粒径为50 nm。复合材料的生长机理是:首先GO和Al IP分子结合,Al IP水解后在GO表面生成Al OOH的小颗粒,随着反应的继续进行颗粒逐渐长大,通过高温处理,Al OOH转变为Al2O3。In this work, with aluminium isopropoxide ( A1 IP) and an aqueous suspension of graphene oxide ( GO) as raw materials, composites of graphene oxide and alumina ( GO/Al2 0 3) with different GO to A1 IP ratios were prepared by sol-gel method. The scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) images show that the as-obtained composites have unique structures in which the GO sheets coated by nano- particles. The particles were demonstrated to be alumina by X-rays diffraction ( XRD) , and the average grain size of the particles was demonstrated about 50 nm by atomic force microscope( AFM) . The growth mechanism of the composites was proved. First of all GO combined with A1 IP molecules, and then A1 IP hydrolyzed into small A100H particles on the surfaces of GO plates. As the reaction proceeding, particles gradually grew up. Eventually through the high temperature treatment, A100H turned into A120 3.
