延续性护理对PCI术后优化药物治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理对冠心病PCI术后患者优化药物治疗(OMT,optimal medical therapy)方案的服药依从性,以及患者生活质量的影响。方法:2016年2月—5月,对经皮冠脉介入(PCI)术后服用并OMT治疗的患者42例,通过开展出院时和出院后电话随访的延续性护理,观察患者OMT使用率、服药依从性、患者生活质量情况。结果:PCI术后1个月时患者的OMT使用率下降至59.5%(P<0.05),通过延续性护理,显著提高了患者3个月随访时的OMT使用率(88.1%,P<0.05)。同时,患者服药依从性和生活质量也得到较好改善。结论:延续性护理能有效提高冠心病患者PCI术后的服药依从性及OMT使用率,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on optimal medication treatment(OMT)compliance,quality of life in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods:From February to May 2016,42 patients with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI were enrolled. All patients were prescribed with OMT at discharge. The rate of OMT,medication compliance,and quality of life were evaluated after continuous nursing with combination of discharge planning and telephone follow-up at 1 and 3 months. Results:The rate of OMT at 1 month follow up decreased to 59.5%(P < 0.05). Continuous nursing significantly improved OMT rate from 1 to 3 months(88.1%,P < 0.05),as well as medication compliance and quality of life. Conclusion:Continuous nursing can effectively improve medication compliance,OMT rate,and quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI.
