摘　　要：目的:通过医疗机构质量管理机制约束道路交通事故社会救助基金的使用,探讨改善现有道路交通事故社会救助基金费用管理机制的举措。方法:从现有道路交通事故社会救助基金的使用管理入手,根据医疗费用产生的原因和临床实践情况,探讨从源头上管理救助基金费用合理使用的措施。结果:在临床路径的基础上结合大数据管理、现有系统嵌入式数据信息化可能是管理救助基金合理使用的重要手段。结论:从医疗管理流程的源头保证道路交通事故社会救助基金合理使用很有必要。Objective:This study was designed for using the quality management mechanism of Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents in medical institutions,in order to propose the improvements of management mechanism of Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents. Methods:We studied the current situation management of Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents,and based on the medical expense causation and clinical practice,in order to propose the methods to rationally use of Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents from the origin. Results:The clinical pathway management together with the big data management and system embedded data informationization may be an important way of Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents management. Conclusions:It is very necessary to manage the Social Rescuing Foundation for Traffic Accidents from the origin of medical management process.
