摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对举国体制的本质及校园足球的内涵以及两者之间关系进行分析,剖析举国体制的内涵和其本身的重要意义,试图从中得到在新阶段举国体制背景下我国校园足球发展的优势、劣势以及契机和挑战,并充分发挥举国体制对校园足球的优势作用,充分利用新时期的机遇,将简政放权与公共服务的内涵及本质融入到校园足球的发展中,努力填补自身存在的劣势,并提出具有针对性的策略来迎接中国校园足球将面临的挑战,从而得出相应的结论并为新时期校园足球在举国体制中的发展提供理论依据。This paper analyzes the connotation of the whole nation system and the connotation of the campus football and the relationship between the two countries by means of literature and logic analysis, analyzes the connotation of the whole nation system and its own significance, and tries to get the whole country The advantages and disadvantages of the development of campus football in China under the background and the opportunities and challenges, and give full play to the advantages of the national system on the advantages of campus football, make full use of the new era of the opportunity to decentralization and public service content and essence into the campus football Development, and strive to fill their own weaknesses, and put forward targeted strategies to meet the challenges of China＇s campus football will come to the corresponding conclusions and the new era of campus football in the national system to provide a theoretical basis for the development.
