摘 要:采用Nd:YAG激光器在氮气环境中对TA2纯钛进行激光气体氮化处理,研究了不同工艺下TA2纯钛表面激光气体氮化层的宏观形貌、物相组成、显微组织、硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,经过激光表面氮化处理后,氮化层与基体之间为冶金结合,氮化层的组织主要由细小的、枝晶状的Ti N构成。激光离散氮化可显著降低材料表面的摩擦系数,提高材料的耐磨性能,且氮化强化区域的分布越密集,摩擦系数值越小,耐磨性越好。激光离散氮化还可以提高加工效率,抑制裂纹的萌生。The Nd:YAG laser was used to treat TA2 titanium in the nitrogen atmosphere.The macroscopic morphology,phase composition,microstructure,hardness,friction and wear properties of the laser nitriding layers on TA2 under different processes were discussed.The results show that the nitriding layer and the matrix is metallurgical combined after laser surface nitriding,and the nitride layer microstructure is mainly composed of small,dendritic Ti N.It is found that the laser discrete nitriding can significantly reduce the friction coefficient and improve the wear resistance.The higher distribution density of nitrided strengthening area,the smaller friction coefficient and better wear resistance can be obtained.The laser discrete nitriding can also improve the production efficiency and inhibit the formation of cracks.
