摘 要:目的研究一株四叶参内生真菌SYG6的抑菌和抗氧化活性。方法采用滤纸片法测定四叶参内生真菌SYG6抑菌活性,采用铁氰化钾还原力法和DPPH法测定其抗氧化活性。结果在供试菌株中,SYG6仅对鳗弧菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径为(6.500±0.017)mm。在测试浓度0~6.0 mg/ml范围内,SYG6还原力与浓度呈明显量效关系,其EC50值为1.6575 mg/ml;在1.5~6.0 mg/ml范围内SYG6对DPPH自由基清除率随浓度增大而增大,其IC50值为4.5895 mg/ml。结论四叶参内生真菌SYG6具有一定抑菌和抗氧化活性,是筛选天然生物活性成分的潜在资源。Objective: To study the antibacterial and antioxidant activities of endophytic fungus SYG6 crude extract from Codonopsis lanceolata. Methods: The filter paper method was used for the determination of antibacterial activity,and potassium ferricyanide reduction force measurement and DPPH method were used for the determination of antioxidant activity.Results: In the tested strains,endophytic fungus SYG6 had inhibitory effect only on Vibrio anguillarum. The antibacterial circle diameter was 6. 500 ± 0. 017 mm. In the tested concentation range of 0 ~ 6 mg/ml,the reducing power of endophytic fungus SYG6 had obvious dose-effect relationship with the concentration,of which the IC50 was 1. 6575 mg/ml. In the tested concentation range of 1. 5 ~ 6 mg/ml,the scavenging DPPH ability increased with increasing concentration of SYG6,of which the IC50 was 4. 5895 mg/ml. Conclusions: The crude extract of endophytic fungus SYG6 had certain antibacterial and antioxidant activities,which could be used as the potential resource for screening natural bioactivity constituents.
