品管圈在消毒供应中心湿包控制中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在消毒供应中心湿包问题中的控制效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组、按照品管圈的活动步骤,运用科学的质量管理手法及工具对湿包问题进行原因分析,进而确定真因,制定措施并实施,持续改进质量。结果通过本期品管圈活动,湿包发生率由活动前的2.88‰降至活动后的1.30‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展品管圈活动,可有效降低湿包发生率,保证诊疗质量及患者安全。Objective: To investigate the control function of QCC action for the wet pack in central sterile supply department. Methods: Set up the activity group,select the active theme,carry out the investigation,analyze the reasons of the wet pack,and then determine the true cause,formulate measures and implement continuous quality improvement. Results:Through the QCC,the wet pack incidence fell by 2. 88‰ before the activity of 1. 30‰,and the difference is statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: By conducting quality control circle activity,can effectively reduce the incidence of wet pack,guarantee the quality of diagnosis and treatment and the safety of patients.
