摘 要:以乙酸酐和苯胺为原料,采用超声波技术制备乙酰苯胺,研究乙酸酐的用量、反应时间和乙醚体积对乙酰苯胺产率的影响。实验结果表明:当苯胺与乙酸酐的物质的量比为1:1.2、超声波辐射时间为30 min、提取剂乙醚用量为20 mL时,乙酰苯胺产率可高达89.31%。与常规法相比,超声波辐射省去了加热步骤,缩短了反应时间,提高了反应速率,且更绿色环保。Aniline and acetic anhydride was used as raw materials,with ultrasonic technology for preparation of acetanilide.The effect of the amount of acetic anhydride,the reaction time and the volume of ether on the synthesis of acetyl aniline was studied.The results showed that the yield of acetanilide could be as high as 89.31%,with the molar ratio of aniline and acetic anhydride being 1:1.2,ultrasonic radiation being 30 min,the dosage of extracted acetyl aniline being 20 mL.Compared with the conventional method,the ultrasonic one not only saved the tedious process of heating,but shortened the reaction time,improved the reaction rate,and the yield was higher with more environmental protection.
