摘 要:以氧化石墨烯和钨酸铋为原料,在水热条件下自组装合成了石墨烯/钨酸铋(RGO/Bi_2WO_6)复合光催化材料,对制备样品的显微结构与性能进行了表征。在可见光照射下,以罗丹明B(Rh B)作为目标降解物,评价其光催化活性。研究表明:RGO/Bi_2WO_6组装体的可见光催化活性较单一Bi_2WO_6显著提高;当0.1%-RGO/Bi_2WO_6样品反应2 h时Rh B的降解率可达96%,其一级反应动力学速率常数为0.028 2 min^(-1)。捕获实验结果表明,在该组装体系的光催化反应中起氧化作用的主要活性物种是空穴和氧负离子自由基。光催化活性增强归因于:电性自组装使RGO与Bi_2WO_6二者界面间紧密接触和相互作用形成稳定的异质结,提高了光生电荷的传输效率和分离效率,增加了反应活性位点,提高了光吸收强度。Graphene oxide and bismuth tungstate were used as raw materials to synthesize graphene/bismuth tungstate (RG0/Bi2W06) composite photocatalytic materials via self-assembly method under hydrothermal conditions. Microstructure and properties of the as- prepared samples had been characterized. Rhodamine B(RhB) was used as degradation target, and the photocatalytic activity of samples was evaluated under visible l ight irradiation. The experimental results showed that the visible-light catalytic activities of RG0/Bi2W06 assembly systems were increased significantly than that of pure Bi2W06. When the sample was 0.1%-RGO/Bi2W〇 6, irradiation time was 2 h, the degradation rate of RhB was up to 96%, and the first order kinetics rate constant was 0.028 2 min-1. Capture test results showed that the main active species was respectively the hole and oxygen anion free radical in the photocatalytic reaction of assembly system. The photocatalytic activity enhancement could be attributed to the electrostatic self-assembly of RGO and Bi2W06 intimate contact and formation stable heterojunction, which enhanced the photogenerated charges separation and transportation efficiency, and increased the reaction sites and l ight absorption intensity.
