双钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ型和Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ型和Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法以2013年1月—2017年7月我院70例双钢板治疗的SchatzkerⅤ型和Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者为例,观察手术疗效,统计并发症。结果患者手术成功率100.00%,骨折愈合时间(13.4±1.6)周,治疗优良率88.57%,并发症4.29%。结论以双钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ型和Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折效果良好,利于骨折早期愈合及膝关节功能的恢复,且并发症较少,安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of double plate in the treatment of Schatzker V and VI tibial plateau fractures. Methods From January 2013 to July 2017, 70 patients with tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker V and VI were treated with double plates in our hospital, and the curative effect and complications were observed. Results The success rate of operation was 100.00%, and the healing time was（13.4±1.6） weeks. The excellent and good rate was 88.57%, and the complication rate was 4.29%. Conclusion The application of double plate in the treatment of Schatzker V and type VI tibial plateau fractures, can promote fracture healing and knee joint function recovery, and has fewer complications, it＇s safe and effective.
