抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法以2017年1—8月我院呼吸内科114例COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为实验组(常规治疗+抗生素+糖皮质激素,57例)和对照组(常规治疗+抗生素,57例),对比观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果实验组治疗有效率(94.75%)高于对照组(80.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应率均为0%。结论抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗COPD效果显著、安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods From January to August 2017, 114 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD（AECOPD） in respiratory department of our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into experimental group（routine treatment ＋ antibiotic ＋ glucocorticoid, 57 cases） and control group（routine treatment ＋ antibiotic, 57 cases） according to the treatment methods, the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group（94.75%） was higher than that of the control group（80.70%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the adverse reactions rate of the two groups was 0%. ConclusionAntibiotics combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of COPD are effective, safe and reliable.
