硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压患者的临床效果。方法以140例轻中度高血压患者入院时间先后为标准将其分为2组,分别给予苯磺酸氨氯地平(对照组70例)及硝苯地平缓释剂(观察组70例)治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(97.1%)与对照组(87.1%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后舒张压、收缩压与对照组患者相比降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者服药期间均无严重不良反应出现。结论硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压患者效果显著,能有效改善患者血压水平。Objective To study the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release therapy in patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Methods140 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were divided into 2 groups according to the standard of admission time, amlodipine besylate（control group, 70 cases） and nifedipine sustained-release agent（observation group, 70 cases） were respectively applied in the treatment, the difference of treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group（97.1%） was higher than that of the control group（87.1%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group during the medication. Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release treatment of mild to moderate hypertension patients has significant effect, can effectively improve blood pressure levels.
