肩周炎患者采用热敏灸与温针灸治疗的临床效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比使用热敏灸和温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年7月—2017年8月收治的肩周炎患者作为研究实施对象,分为对照组与观察组,分别实施温针灸和热敏灸,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及评价肩关节功能及疼痛情况。结果观察组JOA评分、VAS评分高于对照组患者,且治疗效果更佳,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论热敏灸与温针灸均能良好地作用于肩周炎患者,但两者相比,热敏灸治疗效果更佳,更能有效恢复肩关节功能。Objective To compare the clinical effect of heat moxibustion and warm acupuncture in patients with periarthritis of shoulder. MethodsPatients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2017 were selected as the research object and were divided into control group and observation group, warm acupuncture and thermal moxibustion were treated for two groups, respectively. The clinical effect of treatment and the shoulder joint function and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of JOA and VAS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the treatment effect was better, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The thermal moxibustion and warm acupuncture are good for the patients with periarthritis of shoulder and thermal moxibustion is more effective and can more effectively restore the shoulder joint function.
