2型糖尿病中西医结合诊治方案的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病中西医结合诊治方案的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月来我院就诊的96例糖尿病患者,将其随机分成两组,各48例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合方案治疗,2个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者餐后2h血糖和空腹血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率93.75%,优于对照组的70.83%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方案治疗2型糖尿病临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 96 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group, the control group was treated with western medicine treatment, the observation group was treated with integratedtraditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, after two months, the clinical efficacy and blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the postprandial 2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 70.83%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus can obtain remarkable clinical effect.
