延续性护理对持续性房颤患者华法林应用的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究延续性护理对持续性房颤患者华法林应用的影响。方法本次研究选择我院在2016年1月—2017年6月收治的并用华法林治疗的30例持续性房颤患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为甲组和乙组,每组各15例。甲组患者对其进行常规护理,乙组患者在甲组的基础上进行延续性护理,比较两组护理后的临床效果。结果乙组INR达标率86.67%、复诊率100.00%、按时复诊率93.33%,优于甲组的40.00%、66.67%、53.33%,P<0.05。结论在持续性房颤患者华法林治疗中配合延续性护理,效果显著。Objective To study the effect of continuous care in warfarin application on patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 30 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation in our hospital were treated with warfarin and randomly divided into group A and group B, 15 cases in each group, the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. The group A was given routine nursing, on the basis, the group B was given continuity care, the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results In group B, INR compliance rate was 86.67%, followup rate was 100.00%, timely consultation rate was 93.33%, better than 40.00%, 66.67%, 53.33% in group A, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, during warfarin treatment, continuity of care can obtain remarkable effect.
