摘  要:为遴选复合木-混凝土胶结的力学性能影响因素,应用方差分析和正交试验,探索复合木材、混凝土、胶体、复合木材与胶体的交互作用、混凝土与胶体的交互作用对复合木-混凝土胶结的抗剪强度和抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:胶体、复合木材与胶体的交互作用,对复合木-混凝土胶结的抗剪强度影响显著,采用双组份环氧胶、单板层积材、正常配合比的强度等级为C25的混凝土组合所得的抗剪强度最优;复合木材、复合木材与胶体的交互作用,对复合木-混凝土胶结抗拉强度的影响显著,采用高强度结构胶、实木板、添加20%减水剂的强度等级为C20的混凝土组合所得的抗拉强度最优。For the mechanical performance influence factors of Composite woodConcrete Cementation,we studied the influenceof composite wood,concrete,glue,the interaction of composite wood and glue and the interaction of the concrete and glueon shear strength and tensile strength of composite woodconcrete cementation by the variance theory and orthogonal theory.The effect of the glue and the interaction of composite wood and glue on shear strength is remarkable in the compositewoodconcrete cementation with the combination of a twocomponent epoxy adhesive,LVL,and the C25 concrete of the normal proportion for the shear strength of the composite woodconcrete cementation is optimal. The effect of the compositewood and the interaction of composite wood and glue on tensile strength is remarkable in the composite woodconcrete cementation,and the combination of high strength structural adhesive,solid wood and the C20 concrete of add the 20% waterreducer agent for the tensile strength of the composite woodconcrete cementation is optimal.
