摘 要:为筛选棕榈抗旱种源,以贵州省及云南省19个种源的2年生棕榈盆栽幼苗为对象,采用人工模拟自然干旱胁迫实验,测定干旱胁迫不同阶段下不同种源棕榈叶片的可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)的质量分数和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生化指标的变化,以及胁迫末期的光合速率、蒸腾速率等。结果表明:不同种源棕榈叶片的可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)的质量分数和相对电导率随干旱胁迫时间的增加均呈上升的趋势,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则呈先升高后降低的趋势;干旱末期不同种源间棕榈净光合速率、水分利用率差异显著(P<0.05),复水30 d后,9个种源存活率为100%,7个种源的存活率在80%~90%,贵州贞丰及安龙种源成活率仅为60%。通过对19个种源抗旱性进行综合评价,初步筛选出贵州毕节、贵州长顺、贵州习水及贵州兴义种源为抗旱性较强的棕榈种源。For selecting the Trachycarpus fortune provenance with strong drought resistant,we carried out the artificial simulated natural drought stress experiments for two-year Trachycarpus fortune potted seedlings from 19 provinces in Guizhou and Yunnan Province,and determined the soluble sugar content,proline( Pro) content,malondialdehyde( MDA) content,superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity of Trachycarpus fortune leaf from different provenances at different stage of drougth stress and the photosynthetic indexes at the end of drought stress. The soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde( MDA)content and relative conductivity of Trachycarpus fortune leaf from different provenances were increased with the drought stress time increased,while the superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity was first increased,and then decreased. The results of variance analysis showed significant difference( P0.05) in net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of different provenances. By comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance for 19 provenances adopting subordinate function method,we preliminary screened out of Guizhou Bijie,Guizhou Changshun,Guizhou Xishui and Guizhou Xingyi provenance as the stronger drought resistance provenance.
