摘 要:服务化是微利时代制造企业培育竞争优势的必然选择,也是提升中国制造业国际竞争力的有效路径。服务化不但需要在企业层面进行典型案例研究,更加需要在产业层面深入研究服务化的一般规律。目前,中国制造业服务化面临转型主体服务化能力和动力普遍不高、服务化生态环境亟待改善等瓶颈制约。为此,制造企业应结合产业产品特点、企业核心能力等来选择服务化方向和模式,并注重依托互联网推动服务模式创新;政府应进一步贯彻新发展理念、增强企业服务化转型的动力和能力、营造良好的服务化生态环境。Servitization is the inevitable choice for enterprises to cultivate the competitive advantage in the era of meager profit,and also an effective way to enhance the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry. Servitization not only needs to study the typical case at the enterprise level,but also needs to study the general law of servitization at the industrial level. At present,China's manufacturing industry servitization is facing some restrictions. The servitization ability and power of the transformation subject are generally not high,and the servitization ecological environment needs to be improved. Therefore,the service orientation and mode should be chosen according to the characteristics of the industrial products and the core competence of the enterprise,and the service mode innovation should be promoted by relying on the Internet; the government should further improve the service mode,implement the new concept of development,strengthen the power and ability of enterprise service transformation,and create a good service environment.
