摘 要:丛式井组井工厂钻井技术能够节约井场占地面积,提高钻井效率,降低开发成本。该技术主要应用于页岩气的开发,目前也是致密性油藏和低渗透油藏实施规模开发的有效途径。白鹭湖区块处于风景区内,井场面积受限,环保要求严格,借鉴国内外丛式井组井工厂的施工经验,在油藏地质研究的基础上,实施了白鹭湖大型丛式井井工厂项目,通过钻井方案整体优化、井工厂优快钻井技术配套以及钻井液体系优选,顺利完成了43口井的钻井施工,大幅提高了机械钻速,有效缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本。实践证明,大型丛式井井工厂钻井技术为低渗透油藏高效开发提供了技术支持。Factory drilling technology of large cluster wells can save the rig area,improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the cost. This technology is mainly applied in shale gas development. It is also an effective way for the development of low permeability reservoirs. The well site in the Egret Lake Scenic Area is narrow and limited,with very strict environmental protection requirements. With reference to the domestic and foreign companies' factory drilling experience and based on the geologic features of low permeability reservoirs,factory drilling of cluster wells was applied in the Egret Lake area. BY optimization of overall drilling program,a set of high-quality fast drilling technology and optimum drilling fluid system,43 wells were successfully drilled. The ROP was greatly improved,the drilling cycle shortened and drilling cost reduced. The field operations have proved that the large-scale factory drilling technology provides technical support for the efficient development of low permeability reservoirs.
