摘 要:那2井是中国石油在阿姆河地区钻探的井深最深、盐膏层最厚、井温最高的一口探井,其盐膏层段地层压力高且十分敏感,钻井液密度高于2.4 g/cm3发生井漏,低于2.35 g/cm3发生盐水溢流。文章通过对那2井311.2 mm井眼钻进情况及固井难点的分析后,选择了满足强度要求的265.13 mm厚壁套管,细化通井措施,确保了在窄环空间隙条件下一次成功下入厚壁套管;同时采用了尾管固井加正注反挤固井工艺技术及欠饱和的盐水水泥浆体系,有效地封固了复杂盐膏层段,满足了后续产层钻进的要求。那2井固井的成功对类似复杂井固井施工提供了较好的借鉴。Well Na-2 is an exploratory well with the deepest depth,the thickest gypsum,and the highest temperature so far in Amu Darya area,which is drilled by CNPC. The gypsum formation pressure is high and very sensitive,there will cause well loss when drilling fluid density over 2. 40 g/cm^3,and there will cause salt water overflows if fluid density below 2. 39 g/cm^3. After the analysis of the drilling situation in the 311. 2 mm hole of Well Na-2 and well cementing challenges,the 265. 13 mm thick-wall casing was chosen,it met the strength requirement. And the well drifting measures were discussed in details to ensure the successful running of the thick-wall casing into thenarrow annulus hole. Liner cementing plus pumping cementing slurry down through the inner drillpipe/casing string and brine slurry systems were adopted to effectively seal the complex saltgypsum formations,meeting the requirements of subsequent reservoir drilling. Successful cementing on Well Na-2 will be a good reference for similar complex operations.
