摘  要:随着深水油田的不断开发,深水边际油田修井作业也将越来越普遍。中海油首次动用半潜式钻井平台对L油田实施批量修井作业,并完成了一口智能井修井,作业难度高、费用高、风险高。作业过程中创新地采用了柔性连接管柱组合回收水下采油树帽,优选了采油树阀门远程控制模式,细化了油管挂回收程序,避免水下湿接头损坏,有效识别了单罐双泵智能完井管柱下入风险并采取应对措施,形成了一套完善的深水边际油田修井作业技术,对以后深水边际油田修井作业具有一定的借鉴意义。With the development of deepwater oil fields,the workover at marginal oilfields becomes more and more common. CNOOC has mobilized semisubmersible drilling platforms for the first time for batch workover at LH4-1 oilfield. Workover on a smart well has been finished,with highly difficult operation,high cost and high risk. During the workover,the pipe string with flexible connection was innovatively used to retrieve Christmas tree cap. Remote control of XT valve was preferred,tubing hanger retrieval program was refined to avoid damage to the wet connection,the hazards of tripping in one-pod dualpump smart completion string were effectively identified and corresponding measures were taken. A complete set of workover technology for deepwater marginal oilfields is formed,which will provide certain reference for similar deepwater marginal oilfield operation.
