摘 要:基于某型号变椭圆轨迹振动筛,分析了变椭圆轨迹振动筛的工作原理,编写了Matlab计算程序,对于原始设计参数进行了运动学仿真,包括运动轨迹、抛掷指数、椭圆长轴倾角等;进一步分析了相位差角、激振力、激振器安装位置等设计因素对运动轨迹参数的影响,重点分析了椭圆长轴倾角及抛掷指数的变化规律;对该振动筛提出了激振器合理选择及安装位置的建议,并进行了计算机仿真。结果表明,改进后的振动筛振动轨迹及运动参数更加符合设计要求。文章的研究方法及计算结果可对实际振动筛的设计提供一定借鉴和参考。Taking a type of varied-ellipse shale shaker,its working principle was analyzed,a Matlab computation program was developed,and its kinematics was simulated using the original design parameters,including motion trajectory,throwing index,the long axis angle of the ellipse,etc. Furthermore,the influence of phase difference angle,vibration force,vibration exciter location,and other design factors were investigated. The variation rules of the long axis angle of the ellipse and the throwing index were mainly studied. Then suggestion for reasonable vibration exciter selection and proper installation location was proposed and simulated. The results show that the vibration trajectory and motion parameters are more reasonable and fit for the requirements. The analysis method and results herein can be used to guide the design of elliptical vibrating screens.
