内蒙古区域物流效率及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章根据现代物流发展格局,以物流业的固定资产投入、物流业从业员工、区域交通线作为物流业投入基础指标,以物流业GDP、货运量、货物周转量作为物流业产出指标,构建了基于数据包络分析(DEA)模型和托宾(Tobit)模型的物流效率评价及因素分析体系,对内蒙古2005-2014年物流业的综合效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率进行了纵向实证分析。效率评价结果显示;相对于本区域的投入与产出关系而言,内蒙古近10年的平均物流效率较高,但与物流业发达省份相比,内蒙古尚有很大发展提升空间。最后根据分析结果提出了发展路桥经济、综合交通网络、物流产业集群等针对内蒙古未来物流业发展的建议。Based on the development pattern of modern logistics,this paper takes the fixed assets investment of logistics industry,the employees of logistics industry and the regional line as the basic index of logistics industry.Taking logistics industry GDP,freight volume and freight turnover as the output indicators of logistics industry,This paper constructs the logistics efficiency evaluation and factor analysis system based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA)model and the Tobit model,and makes a longitudinal empirical analysis on the comprehensive.efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the logistics industry in Inner Mongolia from 2005 to 2014.The results of efficiency evaluation show that as for Inner Mongolia region the average logistics efficiency over the past 10 years is high there is still a lot of room for improvement in Inner Mongolia compared with the developed provinces in the region.Finally,according to the analysis results proposed the development of road and bridge economy,integrated transport network,logistics industry cluster proposal for the future development of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia.
