摘　　要：2015年来,鄂尔多斯市加大了棚改工程推进力度,在不少危房、棚户区被拆除的情况下,鄂尔多斯市的整体房价出现了飙升。本文基于微观经济学基本原理,从市场需求、供给、消费者等方面分析了鄂尔多斯市房价上涨的影响因素,得出了鄂尔多斯市房价短期内将继续保持上涨趋势的结论并给出相应的政策建议。Since 2015,Ordos city has increased the " shed change" efforts.Accompany with the demolish of many dilapidated buildings and shanty towns,the overall housing price in Ordos city has gone up.The influencing factors of house price rising is analyzed in this paper from the microeconomic point of view,i.e.,from following three aspects:market demand,supply and consumer behavior.A conclusion that the house price in Ordos city will keep rising within a short time is drawn.Some related suggestions are proposed as well.
