摘 要:论述了铜基高压开关镀银触头磨损后,采用Ag-Mo S_2复合刷镀修复的工艺方法。刷镀工艺主要包括表面前处理、预刷镀银、刷镀Ag-Mo S_2复合工作层;查看了触Ag-Mo S_2复合工作层表面形貌;检测了复合刷镀层显微硬度和刷镀层与基体结合力。结果表明:Ag-Mo S_2复合刷镀层的硬度均值为135 HV,高于原镀银工艺层硬度值,满足DL/T486-2010中关于高压开关镀银触头对硬度的要求;刷镀层与基材结合力符合国标GB2933-86轻工产品金属镀层的结合强度标准。This paper discusses the process of using Ag-Mo S2 composite brush to repair the copper-base high pressure switch. The brush plating process mainly includes presurface treatment, prebrush plating silver, brush plating Ag-Mo S2 composite working layer; The surface morphology of the contact Ag-Mo S2 composite working layer is examined. The microhardness of the coating and the bonding force of the coating and the substrate were examined. The results show that the hardness mean of the composite brush coating of Ag-Mo S2 is 135 HV, which is higher than the hardness value of the original silver plating process, and meet the requirements of the high voltage switch and silver contact on the hardness in DL/T486-2010. The bonding strength of the brush coating and the base material conforms to the standard of the standard GB2933-86 light industrial metal plating.
