健脾平肝方联合热敏灸治疗肠道易激综合征(腹泻型)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾平肝方联合热敏灸治疗肠道易激综合征(腹泻型)的临床应用效果。方法:选择2016年6月—2017年6月收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例,按照随机数字表分为中药治疗组(n=30)及联合治疗组(n=30),中药治疗组采用健脾平肝方治疗,联合治疗组在中药治疗组的基础上联合应用热敏灸治疗。对比两组临床疗效、腹痛和腹胀程度评分及腹泻频率情况。结果:联合治疗组总有效率为93.33%,中药治疗组为76.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组的腹痛和腹胀程度评分及腹泻频率明显低于中药治疗组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在健脾平肝方治疗基础上联合应用热敏灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,可明显改善患者的临床症状,远期疗效较稳定,有利于患者的预后。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpipinggan decoction combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in treating irritable bowel syndrome（ diarrhea type）. Methods： From June 2015 to 2016,60 cases with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome were selected,according to randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group（ n = 30） and combined treatment group（ n = 30）. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated by Jianpipinggan decoction,on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,combined treatment group combined heat sensitive moxibustion. To compare the clinical curative effect,abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores,diarrhea frequency of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of combined treatment group was 93. 33%,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 76. 67%（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the score of abdominal pain and distension,diarrhea frequency of combined treatment group was significantly lower than the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined with the application of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome on the basis of strengthening the spleen and liver,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the clinical effect is stable,and it is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
