浙江省乒乓球项目发展的困境及对策研究——基于浙江省乒乓球青少年竞赛组织与教练员队伍的分析

摘　　要：为了探究浙江省乒乓球竞技水平落后的原因,为浙江省体育局和乒乓球项目管理中心制定相关政策时提供准确的数据与理论支持,运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地考察法对浙江省青少年竞技水平、竞赛组织以及教练员队伍的现状进行了分析。结果显示:(1)浙江省青少年乒乓球运动员在国际比赛和全国比赛中参赛、获奖次数较少,青少年乒乓球运动员竞技水平的现状极不乐观。(2)浙江省组织竞赛方面,男运动员参与度高于女运动员。(3)浙江省各市之间组织竞赛的次数、运动员的参与度存在极大差异,大部分城市组织次数不多,参赛人数极少。(4)浙江省乒乓球教练员人才梯队建设不合理,地域分布不均衡。(5)浙江省乒乓球教练员学历较低,职称较低,优秀教练员缺乏。Based on questionnaires,expert interviews as well as field visits,the paper analyzes the situation of adolescent tabletennis competition,organization of competitions and coaching skills to figure out the reason why competitive level is not high inZhejiang,and offering more accurate data and theory support to policy - making to Zhejiang Sports Bureau and table tennisproject management center. Results show as follows： （ 1） Zhejiang adolescent table tennis players fail to attain great achievements in both international and national competitions; （ 2） In terms of organization of competitions,more male athletes participate than female athletes; （ 3） Numbers of competitions organized and athletes participating vary from city to city and most citiesin Zhejiang have few competitions and participants; （ 4） Zhejiang province has poor construction of coaches and uneven regionaldistribution; （ 5） Zhejiang is lack of excellent table tennis coaches with relatively higher education level and professional title.
