摘　　要：为了解后备蛋鸭坦布苏病毒感染的情况,应用间接ELISA方法对60d、77d和110d三种日龄的未免疫坦布苏病毒病疫苗的后备蛋鸭进行坦布苏病毒病抗体检测。血清学检测发现,60d、77d和110d三种日龄的未免疫鸭群血清的禽坦布苏病毒病抗体阳性率分别为21.2%,13.3%和88.8%。检测结果表明,各种日龄后备母鸭存在不同程度的坦布苏病毒感染,该研究结果为该病防控措施的制定提供了科学依据。In order to investigate the infection status of tembusu virus in reserve breed ducks,serum samples collected from 60 d, 77dand 110 d non-immune reserve ducks were detected by indirect ELISA. Serological detection showed that the positive rates of aviantembusu virus antibodies in 60 d, 77 d and 110 d ducks were 21.2%, 13.3% and 88.8%, respectively.The above results showed thatthe reserve breed ducks were exist tembusu virus infection, with age-depended difference, and this study will help for the tembusuvirus disease prevention and control measures.
