摘  要:采用MTS法检测接种不同致病力番鸭呼肠孤病毒12h、24h、36h、48h、72h、96h后对番鸭鸭胚成纤维细胞(MDEF)活力的影响。根据细胞病变情况和活力状态确定细胞发生变化的拐点,初步探讨番鸭呼肠孤病毒感染诱导细胞凋亡的发生和细胞活力的特征变化,进一步了解番鸭呼肠孤病毒与宿主之间的相互关系,为研究番鸭呼肠孤病毒感染和致病机理提供时间科学依据。结果表明,接毒后36h,细胞活力达到最高,高致病力YB毒株作用于MDEF,细胞活力在48h大幅下降并出现明显细胞凋亡;低致病力YJL毒株作用于MDEF,则在72h可出现明显细胞凋亡。The experiment adopts the MTS method to detect the effects of different pathogenicity of muscovy duck reovirus on muscovyduck embryo fibroblast viability after inoculation of 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h. according to cell lesions and dynamic state todetermine the inflection point, characteristic changes of inducing apoptosis and cell viability after muscovy duck reovirus infection,further understand the relationship between virus and host, and provide scientific basis for the infection and pathogenesis of muscovyduck reovirus. Results show that after inoculated 36 h, cell activity reached the highest level, MDEF infected by the high pathogenicYB strain, the cell activity decreased significantly in 48 h and showed obvious cell apoptosis, MDEF infected by The low pathogenicYJL strain, the cell apoptosis was apparent in 72 h.
