摘　　要：猪圆环病毒病(PCVD)是由圆环病毒科一种体型极小、无包膜、呈环状排列的单链DNA病毒-猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)引起的一种繁殖障碍和免疫抑制性疾病。文中总结PCVD的病原学特征、流行特点和诊断技术,并结合PCVD疫苗研究进展阐述PCVD的防治。Porcine Circovirus Disease （PCVD） was a reproductive disorder and immunosuppressive disease. It was caused by PorcineCircovirus type2 （PCV2）. PCV2 was a kind of arranged ina ring and single-stranded DNA virus belong to Circoviridae, which wasasmall, non-coated. This paper summarized the etiology, epidemiological characteristics and diagnostic techniques of PCVD, and dis-cussed the prevention and treatment of PCVD in combination with the research progress of PCVD vaccine.
