工频电流比例标准互校线路分析及5A/5A档位不确定度评定

摘　　要：互校线路是工频电流比例标准装置的基础,文中对工频电流比例标准互校线路进行了分析和试验,对5A/5A档位的不确定度进行了评定,并对5A/5A档位的最佳估计值以及置信区间进行了判断,最佳估计值和置信区间对加法线路、β线路、乘法线路和除法线路提供了判断依据。Cross calibration circuit is the basis of the sets of current ratio standards at power frequency. In this paper, the cross cali-bration circuit of current ratio standards at power frequency is analyzed and tested. The uncertainty of 5 A/ 5 A is evaluated, and it isverified by Transfer Comparison Method. The best estimate value and confidence interval of 5 A/ 5 A are judged.
