摘　　要：油茶是中国特有的木本油料树种,在国家大力发展木本油料产业,确保粮油安全的战略部署下,经过10多年的快速发展,油茶产业现已进入关键转型期。针对中国油茶产业转型期油茶精深加工和综合开发利用低,产业经营投资大,回收周期长,茶油价格昂贵,产业转型升级过程中的科研、服务、技术储备不足等问题;提出如何持续选育和应用高产优质良种强化科技创新支撑,建立健全标准化技术体系助推提质增效,激发林农、企业等经营主体的内生动力解决源头性问题,利用"互联网+"等模式促进信息交流和提升社会服务平台等产业转型升级发展思路及对策。⑴Background——Camellia is China's unique woody oil species,the seeds being rich in oil with unsaturated fatty acid content of 90%or more.According to the National Development Plan of Camellia Industry(2009—2020),by 2020,China's camellia forest base area will reach 4.6887 million hectares,and Chinese tea industry has entered a key transition period currently.⑵Methods——On the basis of the previous research and production practice,this paper analyzes the main problems and constraints in the process of transformation and upgrading of camellia industry.And the corresponding countermeasures and development ideas has been put forward for the existing problems and the restrictive factors.⑶Results——The survey finds that some problems and key constraints are still existing in the transformation and upgrading stage of China's camellia industry,mainly in:(1)The current tea oil forests have a low yield of production,and raw materials are seriously inadequate.Most companies can only operate 3-4 months a year,which makes the contradiction between supply and demand greatly prominent.(2)Tea oil prices are generally high,so the purchase group is limited,making the current market not yet opened.(3)The intensive processing and comprehensive utilization of camellia are low,with a large industrial investment a long recycling cycle.(4)Camellia's industrial chain is out of line,with a shortage of industrial organization radiation power.(5)The current financial support is seriously inadequate,with a poor docking and general operation difficulty.(6)Scientific research,services,technology such reserves in industrial transformation and upgrading are deficient.Aiming at the existence of these problems and difficulties,breeding and application of high quality varieties have been put forward to continue in the future,and to strengthen science and technology support;A sound standardized system should be established to ensure an improving quality and efficiency of industry;The participation of groups should be stimulated for e
