学生参加定向越野训练积极性的影响因素与分析

摘　　要：在丰富多彩的大学生活中,训练队的队员思想观念备受影响,由于学生能否积极参与训练不仅影响训练效果和比赛成绩,而且影响着训练队伍的稳定发展,因此,如何使学生积极地参与定向越野训练,是运动队训练工作急需解决的问题。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对影响山西省各高校定向越野队的队员参与训练积极性的因素进行调查研究。结果表明,影响队员参加训练积极性的因素主要有自身条件、奖励政策、训练氛围、比赛因素、训练风格和训练条件。通过研究学生参加定向越野训练积极性的影响因素,改善影响学生参与定向越野训练积极性的客观条件,改变相关影响因素,以进一步提高训练的时效性。In the colorful campus life,athletes＇ mind is influenced a lot. The active participation in training is the key of training effects,performance and team building. Therefore,how to active students ＇ enthusiasm becomes the vital problem in orienteering training. Through literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper investigates the factors that affecting the enthusiasm of athletes participating in orienteering teams in Shanxi colleges. The results show that the main influencing factors include：self-conditions,reward policies,training atmosphere,competition factors,as well as training styles and training conditions. It is suggested training efficiency be improved by considering the influencing factors in training participation,improving the objective conditions,as well as transferring related influencing factors.
