摘　　要：选取哈尔滨市南岗区宣化、红军街区范围内的托管机构作为典型代表,运用实地调查、问卷访谈、分类对比、GIS点密度计算等方法,通过全方位、多视角地分析,总结托管机构的现状及成因,探究其隐藏的社会问题,进而提出托管机构优化的可行性建议及改进措施,为均衡教育资源,创造良好的托管环境提供借鉴。The trusteeship mechanism of Xuanhua, Hongjun block in Nangang District of Harbin are chosen as typical representative in this arti-cle. The methods of field survey, questionnaire interview, classification and comparison and GIS density calculation are used to summarize the present situation and cause of formation of the trusteeship mechanism by comprehensive, multi perspective analysis, explore the hidden social problems, and then put forward the feasible suggestion and improvement measures of the trusteeship mechanism optimization. This article aim at providing references for balancing education resources, creating a good hosting environment.
