血尿酸与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究血尿酸与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法收集2017年1月~2017年6月符合纳入试验标准患者86例,采集患者入院时的性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及颈动脉内膜中层厚度等数据。依据颈动脉内膜中层厚度分为动脉粥样硬化组与非动脉粥样硬化组。结果通过动脉粥样硬化组与非动脉粥样硬化组相比较,动脉粥样硬化组的体重指数(P<0.001)、总胆固醇(P=0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(P=0.002)、血尿酸(P<0.01)、同型半胱氨酸(P=0.03)比非动脉粥样硬化组水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多变量Logistic回归分析显示,体重指数、血尿酸水平、同型半胱氨酸是动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。结论在2型糖尿病患者中血尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化呈明显相关性。Objective To investigate the associations of baseline serum uric acid in atherosclerosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2017 to June 2017,the clinical data in successive patients but not with acute ischemic stroke were collected,total 86 persons were enrolled. The data including sex,age,the serum levels of uric acid and Intimate media thickness（IMT） and other cardiovascular risk factors were measured by this analysis. These patients were divided into two groups according to the results of carotid ultrasound examination： the atherosclerosis group and the non-atherosclerosis group. Results Compared with two groups,These data about the body mass index（BMI）（P 0.001）,total cholesterol（P = 0. 09）,LDL-C（P = 0. 002）,the level of homocysteine（P 0. 001）,the level of serum uric acid（P 0. 01） were significantly higher than those in the non-atherosclerosis group（P 0. 05）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the increased baseline uric acid,body mass index（BMI）,as well as LDL-C are independent risk factors to promote carotid atherosclerosis for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The level of serum uric acid is closely associated with carotid atherosclerosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
