后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术与经腰小切口肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的效果对比评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腰小切口肾囊肿去顶术与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床效果。方法:收治单纯性肾囊肿患者102例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用经腰小切口肾囊肿去顶术治疗,研究组采用后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量及病情复发情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组住院时间明显长于研究组(P<0.05),研究组治疗费用明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于单纯性肾囊肿患者采用经腰小切口肾囊肿去顶术与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术都能够取得良好的治疗效果,需结合实际情况合理选择治疗方式。Objective：To explore the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst and unroofing of renal cyst with small incision via lumbar approach in the treatment of simple renal cyst.Methods：102 patients with simple renal cyst were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with unroofing of renal cyst with small incision via lumbar approach,and the study group was treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：There were no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and recurrence of the disease between groups（P〉0.05）.The hospitalization time of the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group（P〈0.05）,and the treatment cost of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst and unroofing of renal cyst with small incision via lumbar approach in the treatment of simple renal cyst were all better.We should choose reasonable treatment according to the actual situation.
