摘　　要：探讨血浆置换联合连续性血液净化在儿童溶血危象中的应用效果。对自身免疫性溶血性贫血发作溶血危象患儿1例进行血浆置换联合连续性血液净化治疗。经治疗后,患儿各项指标恢复正常,康复出院。治疗溶血危象的患儿,在一般治疗基础上采用血浆置换联合连续性血液净化,疗效显著。In this paper,the application effect of plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification in children with hemolytic crisis was investigated.The Plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification was used to treat 1 case of hemolytic hemolytic crisis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia.After treatment,all the indexes returned to normal,and the patient discharged from hospital.Plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification is effective in the treatment of hemolytic crisis in children.
